SiteTrack™
SiteTrack™ was created to assist schools with accurate
attendance
reporting and to allow teachers to verify a student's
location within seconds. SiteTrack™ can be deployed in libraries, clinics, principals' offices, attendance offices,
counselors' offices, and any other location that students may need to visit during class time. This program serves
to enhance campus communication and safety.
Features of SiteTrack™ Include:
- Students sign in/out of locations by entering their ID number or scanning their ID card.
- SiteTrack™ records the reason for the student's visit.
- Information on a student's location is available to teachers in real time. Without leaving his/her classroom, a teacher can verify that a student arrived at the intended location.
- SiteTrack™ generates custom visitation logs for state reporting. This feature streamlines attendance records and enables the necessary reports to be produced with a few clicks of the mouse.
- Visitation logs can be used in disciplinary action by providing time-sensitive information regarding the whereabouts and movement of students throughout campus.
- Information obtained by SiteTrack™ is useful for planning building use allowing campuses to maximize the use of their facilities.
- SiteTrack™ can be deployed at an unlimited number of locations on a campus.
