TripTrack™
As educators ourselves, we know firsthand the confusion caused by
mass e-mails identifying students who will be attending a field trip. In many
cases, teachers must spend valuable time reading lengthy lists
of names to determine which of their students and classes will be affected. Alternatively, some teachers do not receive the appropriate
information required to accommodate the needs of those students who will be attending the field trip. Therefore, Progressive Campus™ has
created TripTrack™, which strategically and clearly communicates the names of the students who will be missing class due to a school
sponsored trip. By notifying only the affected teachers, TripTrack™ ensures clear communication between trip sponsors and school staff/
administrators. Teachers can adjust lessons accordingly, and administrators are able to better ensure student safety.
